Ownership opportunity: High quality Stormy Rock

Viva Racing is delighted to have purchased high quality 4 year old gelding Stormy Rock.

The extremely well-bred gelding is by all conquering stallion Fastnet Rock, out of a Listed winning mare in Blizzardy.

The family producer’s high-quality horses headlined by former Magic Millions winner Unencumbered (half-brother to Stormy Rock)

Stormy Rock is lightly raced with two wins and four Sydney City placings from only 10 career starts.

Stormy Rock has the best in front of him and we believe he has multiple City wins ahead of him and under the right conditions with speed on in races can win at Listed level and above.

He is currently having a short spell and will return to the Matthew Dunn training stables at Murwillumbah in 3 weeks’ time. His next campaign will focus on Brisbane metropolitan racing with opportunities to return to Sydney

Cost is $3,250 per 5% or $6,500 per 10% which includes purchase price, registration fees and all costs until 21 April 2021.
